It is mandatory to submit a copy of these documents for inspection prior to or at the time of check-in. Guests failing to produce these reports by the time of check-in will not be allowed to check-in or access the resort, and there will be no refund given for any room nights booked and paid for by the guests in such an eventuality.<br />
